'Communication Error' while activating your software

If you are experiencing difficulty registering your new Winferno product despite entering in a correct license key, your firewall may be blocking the subscription service from connecting to the authentication server.

You can prevent the Winferno Subscription Service from being blocked by adding the following file to the list of allowed programs within your firewall:

 
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Winferno\WSS\WSS.exe

Then restart your computer and register the program.
