'Communication Error' while activating your software

If you are experiencing difficulty registering your new Winferno product despite entering in a correct license key, your firewall may be blocking the subscription service from connecting to the authentication server. C:\Program Files\Common Files\Winferno\WSS\WSS.exe
Then restart your computer and register the program.
